The site provides general information about our solar, battery storage, and roofing services. It does not constitute professional, financial, tax, or legal advice.
2. Estimates, projections & content
Performance figures, savings, grid-demand projections (including ERCOT forecasts), buyback/credit rates, and backup duration described on this site are illustrative and not guaranteed. Actual results vary based on your home, equipment, usage, roof, shade, utility, and chosen retail electric plan. See the disclaimers on our home page for details. Buyback and credit rates depend on your retail electric provider and plan and may change.
3. Quotes are not a binding contract
Submitting a form or requesting a quote or consultation does not create a contract or obligate either party. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement signed by you and NXT Level, which controls in the event of any conflict with this site.
4. Your submissions
You agree that information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it (including the phone number you enter). Your submissions are handled per our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The site and its content — text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by or licensed to NXT Level and protected by applicable laws. Third-party names and logos (e.g., equipment and financing partners) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
